That’s why we’re proud to introduce our first official ambassador: Eduardo Vento.
Built Between Cultures, Driven by Storytelling
Born in Brazil and raised in Portugal, Eduardo grew up adapting — to places, to people, to new perspectives. That ability to move fluidly between worlds is something that defines both his personality and his work.
At just 12 years old, he picked up a video camera for the first time. It wasn’t just curiosity — it became his language.
By 18, he had already committed to filmmaking as a career, moving to the UK to study Video & Film Production at the University of Wolverhampton. From there, he stepped into the industry in London, working for Spectrecom Films as a camera operator and video editor for three years — sharpening both his technical skill and his creative eye.
Back to Portugal — Closer to the Ocean
Today, Eduardo is based in Lisbon, working as a full-time freelancer across sports, commercial projects, brand content, and documentaries.
But over the past year, his focus has shifted deeper — literally.
Underwater filmmaking has become his main field of exploration. It’s a space where few operate comfortably, and even fewer excel. For Eduardo, it’s where storytelling meets unpredictability: movement, light, pressure, and timing all collide beneath the surface.
And above that surface lies one of the most demanding arenas in the world.
Nazaré — Where Limits Are Tested
Eduardo spends a significant amount of time around Nazaré, one of the most iconic big-wave locations on the planet.
Nazaré is not forgiving. It’s raw, unpredictable, and powerful — exactly the kind of environment where equipment fails if it isn’t built to perform.
